1. 동기화 데이터만 삭제(계정 유지)

앱의 설정 > 계정·동기화 > ‘동기화 해제 및 서버 데이터 삭제’를 누르면 서버에 저장된 구독 목록과 설정이 즉시 삭제됩니다. 이 기기에 저장된 목록은 그대로 남습니다.

2. 계정 삭제

Paybell은 MetaGrid1 통합 계정을 사용합니다. 계정을 삭제하면 같은 계정을 쓰는 MetaGrid1의 다른 서비스도 이용할 수 없게 됩니다.

1. 앱의 설정 > 계정·동기화 > ‘MetaGrid1 계정 관리’를 누르거나, https://auth.metagrid1.com/account/delete 에 로그인합니다.
2. ‘회원 탈퇴’에서 탈퇴를 확인합니다.
3. 탈퇴하면 이 앱의 서버 데이터는 6시간 안에 자동으로 삭제됩니다.

3. 로그인할 수 없을 때

가입한 이메일 주소에서 contact@metagrid1.com 로 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 삭제하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.

4. 삭제되는 데이터와 남는 데이터

• 삭제: 계정 정보(이메일, 닉네임, 로그인 기록), 서버에 동기화된 구독 목록과 설정
• 기기: 기기에 저장된 목록은 앱에서 항목을 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 지워집니다.
• 남는 데이터: 구매·결제 기록은 결제를 처리한 사업자(Apple, Google, Paddle)와 구독 관리 수탁자가 법령(예: 전자상거래법, 일반적으로 5년)과 각자의 방침에 따라 보관할 수 있습니다. 자세한 항목과 기간은 개인정보처리방침에 있습니다.

Delete your Paybell account and data

1. Delete synced data only (keep your account)

In the app, go to Settings > Account & sync > “Stop syncing and delete server data”. Your list and settings stored on our server are deleted immediately. The list on your device stays.

2. Delete your account

Paybell uses the MetaGrid1 account. Deleting it also ends access to other MetaGrid1 services that use the same account.

1. In the app, tap Settings > Account & sync > “Manage MetaGrid1 account”, or sign in at https://auth.metagrid1.com/account/delete.
2. Confirm account deletion.
3. This app’s server data is deleted automatically within 6 hours.

3. If you can’t sign in

Email contact@metagrid1.com from the address you signed up with. We will verify the request, delete your data without delay and let you know.

4. What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: account information (email, nickname, sign-in records) and the list and settings synced to our server
• On your device: removed when you delete the entries in the app or uninstall the app.
• Kept: purchase and payment records may be kept by the companies that processed the payment (Apple, Google, Paddle) and our subscription service provider, as required by law (e.g. typically 5 years under Korean e-commerce law) and their own policies. See the Privacy Policy for details.
