This Refund Policy applies to Premium subscriptions to Paybell, provided by MetaGrid (“we”).

If you paid on our website through Paddle, we will give you a full refund, no questions asked, if you request it within 14 days of the payment. This applies to your first payment and to every renewal payment.

Use the link in your payment confirmation email or visit paddle.net, or email us at contact@metagrid1.com with the email address you used to pay. Paddle, our reseller (merchant of record), processes the payment, so Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take a few days to appear.

When a payment is refunded, the subscription is cancelled and Premium ends immediately. Data stored on your device is not deleted.

We do not give partial or prorated refunds for payments made more than 14 days ago. Instead, you can cancel at any time in Settings > Manage subscription; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

If you were charged twice for the same subscription or charged by mistake because of a billing error, we will refund you in full regardless of when it happened.

Subscriptions bought in the app are billed and refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies, and we cannot issue those refunds ourselves. You can request a refund for App Store purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com and for Google Play purchases from your Google Play order history.

This policy does not limit any right of withdrawal or refund you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
